Microprocessor computer controlled yarn dyeing machines, complete with dye kitchen system and lab dyeing machine from SCHOLL of Switzerland, Radio Frequency Drier And Strayfield U.K and the Hydro Extractor from Dettin, Italy. Rewinding with waxing can be done on demand. Grey Yarn is tested for its basic parameters. Yarn is tested at each stage of processing from winding, packaging press dyeing ( at each stage and cycle of dyeing ) drying and final rewinding. Dyed Yarn is tested for moisture contents, fastness tests for colour and washing.
