Keeping towards total quality Indo Count has the latest Mayer & Cie Knitting machines from Germany. These machines can produce Single Jersey, Interlock and Rib fabrics in different gauges and diameters. Every roll that is knitted is checked 100% on the Calator Inspection machine.

Knitted fabrics are very sensitive to mechanical forces. The Ecosoft dyeing machines are soft-flow machines of Theis (Germany). These machines impart least distortions in the fabric during its dyeing (wet processing). All the machines are micro-processor controlled, in order to achieve exact and correct results at the first time i.e working on zero defect concept "DOING RIGHT FIRST TIME" and every time. Reproducibility is a reality. All the chemicals, dyestuffs and auxillaries are meticulously selected and sourced to achieve best results in shade matching. Every shade is developed in such a way that it has excellent resistance to wash, light, perspiration, rub (wet & dry).

Calator for Checking fabrics

At Finishing stage, its world recognized Santex Technology of Switzerland. The hydroextractor removes the excess water from the fabric by softly squeezing. Then the fabric is overstretched to reduce the shrinkage of fabric during dyeing. In this process, all the crease marks are removed. Then the fabrics is relaxed & dried tensionless condition , where it shrinks lengthwise and widthwise naturally. Thus, a continuous length of fabric could be processed at minimum residual shrinkage.

At printing its Stork of Holland, both reactive and pigment printing is possible. However, even after this extensive fabric treatment in open width condition ,we ensure enhanced fabric appearance maintaining the fabric voluminosity and lowest residual shrinkage values using SANTA COMPACT and natural finishing techniques and without chemical-resin finishing.
