For spinning cotton yarn is the basic raw material in the textile industry. We are buying cotton from ginners directly on the basis of samples, which are tested in laboratory for the following parameters: 1. Staple Length 2. Uniformity 3. Micronnaire 4. G/Tex 5. Trash percentage 6. Short Fibre 7. Contamination 8. Moisture Above parameters are informed to ginners after the samples are approved and transactions are concluded on the basis of said parameters. After receipt of the bulk supply in the mill, samples from bales are taken at random and tested in our laboratory and if the parameters of bulk supply match with the basic sample previously approved, final approval is given to the ginner.
